BigstockHow can we produce a system which delivers clean water to all? So far, I agree, and there is praise for private sector businesses which are bringing clean water to the masses. Use this example of clean water that doesn’t kill those who drink it. France still, to this day, largely gains its water from private sector systems. Therefore, to a pure pragmatist like me, it should be the private sector providing that water.
