Kate Ferdinand has admitted she has been struggling with her new life in Dubai and feels homesick for elements of what she has left behind in the UK. The former TOWIE star, 34, tearfully admitted she is 'missing her family' back home as well as her stepsons, who are busy pursuing their football careers. The couple were surprised by Tate in November who came to visit and Kate told her followers she was feeling 'emotionally vulnerable' after he left. Alongside a clip of the moment Tate wrapped her into a hug before greeting his father Rio, Kate wrote: 'A memory I'll cherish forever.' 'That's also something I like about Dubai, that my kids are being brought up with all sorts of cultures.'
