“Krua by foodpanda” is an open-space kitchen where foodpanda’s restaurant partners can cook food in a kitchen kitted out with basic utensils. “The idea to open the kitchen in On-Nut is to bring more choice to foodpanda customers in the North of Bangkok because consumer demands and the number of restaurants are high in this area,” says Floris Bos, chief commercial officer of foodpanda Thailand. Therefore, customers located within On-Nut area will not be able to order restaurants located in Ratchathewi or Sathorn district. Krua will serve as the first kitchen project of the company, as foodpanda looks to roll out more kitchen projects across Bangkok in the near future. Customers around the OnNut area can spot restaurants under the “Krua by foodpanda” project by noticing “(Krua by foodpanda)” behind the restaurant names.
