It came 24 hours after the government confirmed that all Brits would have to wear a mask on public transport. “So today we’re setting out that all hospital visitors and outpatients will need to wear face coverings. “And all hospital staff will be required to wear type 1 or 2 surgical masks. “You don’t have that option in quite the same way on public transport so it’s clearly a different environment.
