The all party delegation to Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday asserted that there could be no compromises made on issues of national sovereignty. The delegation appealed to the Centre and the Jammu and Kashmir government to initiate dialogue with "all stakeholders" while insisting that there was no place for violence in civil society. The delegation also asked for the withdrawal of pellet guns and the treatment of injuries caused by the guns. "Home Minister Rajnath Singh said in the all party meet that reports of government deciding to crack down on separatists is absolutely wrong," Yechury told ANI. Meeting with Army Chief, PM ModiAhead of the meeting with the all party delegation, Rajnath Singh had met with Army Chief General Dalbir Singh Suhag in the morning.
