All lanes of the Don Valley Parkway have been reopened after a major closure caused heavy traffic back-ups, wreaking havoc on the rush hour commute. Toronto police reopened all lanes around 8 p.m. on the southbound DVP, after a closure for police investigation that began at around 5:19 p.m.
