The new 10-man leadership group, which includes captain Kieran Read, vice captain Ben Smith along with fellow tourists Sam Whitelock, Kaino, Dane Coles and Beauden Barrett, then held a meeting to decide Smith's fate. Kaino said the leadership group had to take a stand.
