CONSTRUCTION, infrastructure and property development company, IJM Corporation Bhd celebrated the completion of its new office tower at the upcoming international financial district Tun Razak Exchange (TRX). The office tower is the first building to reach its top in TRX. At its peak, IJM Construction managed to achieve a short construction cycle of only four-days per floor. The Grade A, LEED Gold-certified and MSC-status office building which is built over a 0.48ha area has a gross floor area of about 560,000sq ft. Including this office building, IJM is currently undertaking three construction projects in TRX.
