After five-and-a-half seasons at the Reds, Coutinho traded Merseyside for Barcelona as part of a £142million move in January. Despite leaving the club to further his career, the attacking midfielder had nothing but good things to say about Liverpool and shared his opinion with Brazil team-mate Alisson. "He said there is no vanity in the squad but it’s a very ambitious squad with a strong desire to win. "Our wives spoke to each other too and they said they had a great time living here, and we are very happy."
