If you have seen Judi Dench-Ali Fazal-starrer Victoria and Abdul, you are likely to remember the scene where Abdul Karim aka Ali inspects the mangoes sent as a gift from India to Queen Victoria (played by Judi Dench) and finds them rotten. Ali has now sent fresh Alphonso mangoes as his special gift Judi. Speaking about his gesture, Ali said in a press statement, “Queen Victoria never tasted a mango from India. So I sent a few to My Queen - Judi. Ali was last seen in Richa Chadha's Fukrey Returns in Bollywood and will soon begin work on Sanjay Dutt, Amyra Dastur-starrer Prasthanam remake.
