ISLAMABAD : During the hearing of the audio leak case at the District and Sessions Court in Islamabad, Ali Amin Gandapur appeared in court, leading to the cancellation of his arrest warrant and the termination of proceedings against him as a proclaimed offender. The hearing was conducted by Additional District and Sessions Judge Nasr Minallah Baloch. Ali Amin Gandapur, accompanied by his lawyer Raja Zahoor-ul-Hassan, appeared in court, while co-accused Asad Farooq Khan was also present. The court formally charged both Gandapur and Khan in the audio leak case. The court approved the request, instructing Gandapur to exercise caution and appear regularly in future hearings.
