For his part, the Vietnamese ambassador said the trust and mutual understanding between the two nations have been beefed up by regular delegation exchanges at all levels. The Bir Seba joint venture between Vietnam, Algeria, Thailand has exploited about 15,000 barrels of crude oil daily since it was launched in 2002. The speaker congratulated Ambassador Hiep on his three-year mission in Algeria and praised his efforts in further strengthening the long-standing relations between the two countries.
