Source: FacebookMutua led party Maendedle Chap Chap and Pamoja African Alliance (PAA) had written Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP) to be allowed to exit the coalition. The bid of the two political parties failed after the ORPP declined to sanction their requests. This revelation came after a section of officials of Maendeleo Chap Chap on April 27 had written to the registrar asking that the party be allowed to exit Azimio. Instead, the party resolved to join a coalition and not a coalition party and the party had not been furnished with a copy of the coalition agreement. However, the Registrar directed the Azimio secretariat to furnish Maendeleo Chap Chap and PAA copies of the coalition agreement.
