PYEONGCHANG, South Korea – As she prepares for her fourth Olympics, Alex Gough is well aware of previous medals that got away. And in 2010 there was a disappointing 18th-place finish in Whistler, B.C. So while she has taken her lumps, Gough is now focussed on what she can control in what could be her Olympic farewell. “The last three games have all been very different experiences and that’s one of the biggest things to learn,” Gough said on Tuesday. Every Games has its own challenges, things that go very well things that don’t go well.
