Napolcom Executive Director Rogelio Casurao said the agency has started reviewing the administrative charges filed against the 13 cops led by the Police Superintendent Rodney Baloyo IV. The dismissal waited until 2016 before being served to the erring cops for the filing of their appeal. Albayalde was their superior, being the Pampanga police provincial director when the alleged illegal drug raid was carried out.
