LEGAZPI CITY, Philippines — A Sangguniang Kabataan chairperson was shot dead in Daraga, Albay on Monday. Moneda’s husband Jungie told police he saw his bloodied wife lying on the pavement when he went out. Moneda was declared dead on arrival at the Bicol Regional Training and Teaching Hospital in Legazpi City. Three bullet shells for an unknown caliber were recovered at the scene. Shortly after the incident, Edgar Tolentino, a resident of Barangay Maopi also in Daraga, was shot dead by motorcycle-riding men.
