West Bromwich Albion have no immediate plans to change head coach Alan Pardew for someone else, Sky Sports News understands. As well as being costly, they feel it may hamper the process of deciding who can best lead the team next season. Albion chief executive Mark Jenkins returned from China in time to see the 4-1 loss to Leicester this weekend. Pardew is due to hold informal discussions with members of the Albion board tomorrow, but such meetings are regular when the head coach and his bosses are at the training ground together. Albion's board is, however, continually assessing the situation, Sky Sports News has been told.
