President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman agreed to face the Iranian interventions and continue the pending agreements between the two countries, during a bilateral meeting in Cairo. The meeting included intensive discussions between the two leaders over diverse regional issues, and both reviewed a number of pending economic agreements between the two countries. Al-Sisi and Bin Salman have further reiterated the adherence of the four countries: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Bahrain to the previously declared 13 conditions regarding boycotting relations with Qatar. Al-Sisi conveyed a letter to Saudi King Salman bin Abdul Aziz to renew Egypt’s commitment towards ensuring the Gulf’s security, asserting that the kingdom’s security and stability is an integral part of Egypt’s national security. Egypt’s mining and agriculture sectors will be a priority for Saudi investment during the next phase, Bin Mahfouz added.
