The commander of the western military zone of the Presidential Council's government Osama Al-Juwaili said Friday that the forces attacking Tripoli are gangs with different goals set by a myriad of parties. Al-Juwaili told Al-Bayan newspaper - local media outlet - that what Khalifa Haftar and his gangs are doing to Tripoli is a barbaric act that aims at destroying political process.
