Destination Stratford executive director Zac Gribble said Stratford Al Fresco 2021 features expanded dining experiences, including paired wines, craft beers and drinks, and safe outdoor dining areas at various spots in the city. Gribble said Stratford Al Fresco was first introduced in 2020 when there was zero indoor dining for restaurants because of COVID-19. Gribble says Stratford Al Fresco is a 'creative, innovative and resilient approach' in the wake of challenges, restrictions and 'extreme difficulty' resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. Al Fresco dining runs from now until early fall and is available at Market Square, Memorial Gardens, Tom Patterson Island and approved parkland.
