Tripoli – The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, sent an official letter today, Thursday. The letter was addressed to the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya. It called for the immediate halt of spending on Chapter Three. This chapter concerns project financing for the fiscal year 2026. It will also prevent the worsening of financial imbalances.
