CAIRO-22 July 2021: After achieving the CAF Champions League title last Saturday, the Red Devils have no time to rest and they will start their return to the Egyptian League against National Bank SC. The Red Devils' games in the league were postponed due to their participation in the CAF Champions League competition and they played four games less than Zamalek. Pitso Mosimane's men will miss six players who joined the U-23 national team that will participate in the Olympic Games in Tokyo. Al Ahly will miss their starting goalkeeper Mohamed El Shenawy as well as five outfield players; Ahmed Ramadan Beckham, Salah Mohsen, Nasser Maher, Taher Mohamed Taher and Akram Tawfik. Al Ahly will also miss Hussein El Shahat, who picked up an injury in the CAF Champions League final and will be sidelined for the next 10 days, according to the club's official website.
