The five month old administration has been accused of witch hunting businessmen believed to be aligned to the cause of the NDC. Critics of the administration and the President cite the younger brother of former President, John Mahama, Ibrahim Mahama as an example of people aligned to the NDC who are now persecuted by the NPP government. But Ken Agyapong who is noted for bringing into the public domain, the Ibrahim Mahama issue said President Akufo-Addo is never in support of the idea of witch hunting business people and politicians at large. President Akufo-Addo, he added is only interested in going according to the dictates of the law.
