Siddiqui was earlier arrested for spreading fake news about Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and his son, minister Aditya Thackeray. The YouTuber, who is a civil engineer by profession, hailing from Bihar, claimed that Akshay did not like the fact that Sushant bagged big roles in films like 'MS Dhoni: The Untold Story', and said that the Laxmii actor had secretly met with minister Aditya Thackeray and the Mumbai Police. Siddiqui also said that Akshay helped Rhea Chakraborty ‘escape to Canada.’According to media reports, the Youtuber earned around Rs 15 lakh over the last four months by making these claims and drawing new subscribers to his channel every day. Sushant Singh Rajput, an Indian actor, committed suicide in his apartment on June 14.
