Powering what is Hindi film industry’s first cop universe is Rohit Shetty with his cop dramas – Singham starring Ajay Devgn, Simmba starring Ranveer Singh and Sooryavanshi starring Akshay Kumar. Ahead of Sooryavanshi’s shoot beginning, producer Karan Johar shared a photo of Akshay, Ajay and Ranveer with Rohit. Akshay will play Veer Sooryavanshi, the chief of the Anti-Terrorism Squad, in the film with Katrina Kaif playing his wife. Ajay Devgn’s Bajirao Singham and Ranveer Singh’s Sangram Bhalerao aka Simmba will also have cameos in the film just as Ajay and Akshay were seen in his blockbuster Simmba. “He will shoot briefly in Goa, before heading to Hyderabad where Sooryavanshi will wrap up at Ramoji Filmcity.
