Presidential candidates and parliamentary candidates are required to pay filing fees of GHC50,000 and GHC10,000 respectively but some political parties have kicked against the idea. But the Flagbearer of IPP has defied all odds to pick his nominations form indicating that he is battle-ready for the December 7 polls. ‘We want people to know how serious we are, we will be the first party to submit our form. The EC will be accepting nominations from presidential and parliamentary candidates on September 29-30, 2016.
