Reports are surfacing that one scene from Shivaay has been trimmed to give the film a U certificate. The scene is reported to have been a passionate love-making scene and with one cut the film has been given a universal certificate. This is while it's arch nemesis at the box office Karan johar's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is the eye of the Indo-Pak unrest. ALSO READ: Bollywood is divided on KJo's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, pick your side! The film reportedly has a running time 175 mins (2 hours and 55 mins) compared to Ae Dil Hai Mushkil's 155 minutes.
