Karan Johar and Kajol were the closest of friends for two-and-a-half decades. Karan even considered Kajol his lucky charm and made her a constant fixture in all his films, from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai to Student Of The Year (she made a special appearance in the song Disco Deewane). According to a report in Mid-Day, Kajol and her husband Ajay Devgn attended an award function, which was also attended by Karan. The filmmaker revealed that Kajol siding with her husband and tweeting that she was 'shocked' was the final straw in their relationship.
