Rebel shelling has killed 13 people in government-held western Aleppo, Syria, since Thursday, including seven children on Sunday. At least 64 people were killed by government airstrikes on rebel-held eastern Aleppo in the same time period, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
