The manager is said to have written to the private owner asking him to comply with safety measures -- when putting up the closed building structure used in holding aircraft -- to prevent causing accidents at the airport. But instead of the private firm responding, the manager received a letter from his employer, Kenya Airports Authority (KAA), asking him to proceed to a compulsory leave.
