Share TweetBy Ariel FernandezThe Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) at the Ninoy Aquino International airport (NAIA) confiscated almost 50 kilos of assorted meat products from passengers arriving from China and South Korea. BAI Dr. Reynaldo Quilang said 50 kilos were confiscated from passengers arriving from Xiamen, and Guang Zhou in China, and Incheon, South Korea. Quilang said, his agency remained alert in monitoring passengers, who could be carrying frozen and canned meat products. Some of the products they confiscated from arriving passengers were duck meat, pork, beef, chicken meat, canned meat, and sausage.
