Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines Inc. DAL 2.89% canceled about 430 flights scheduled to depart Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport on Monday. Southwest Airlines Co. LUV 1.38% and Spirit Airlines Inc. SAVE 4.62% also scrapped some Atlanta departures.
