The union says many employees have taken three weeks of unpaid leave in the past four months and the airline will also require employees to take unpaid leave in the next six months. As for Hong Kong government observes on the baord, the union believes, it should not cause concerns, since the airline had been under political scrutiny and that employees have been cautious since the social unrest began.
