Lufthansa lost the first court case against the flyer but is seeking an appeal (file photo). An airline is taking a passenger to court over a travel hack widely used by flyers. Lufthansa has announced it is suing the unnamed passenger after they failed to fly on the final part of a booked journey. It is known as skiplagging, whereby a passenger books a flight from A-B-C but only intends to fly A-B. Lufthansa lost the first court case against the flyer but is seeking an appeal.
