According to him, corruption is not exclusive to a single political party, as such partisanship should be taken out of discussions and the focus be on dealing with the canker once and for all. “I am even more disappointed that people have already gone into partisan mode. There are people who see nothing more than the next election in this scandal, so they are gleefully looking for people to be exposed,” he said in a video sighted by GhanaWeb. The New Patriotic Party, a few days ago alleged that ‘Government Official 1’ in the Airbus scandal is former president John Dramani Mahama and challenged him to speak out if he wasn’t involved in the issue.
