Airbus flags compulsory layoffs

The plane was built by Airbus in Toulouse, and got its cabin from Lufthansa Technik at Hamburg Airport. The head of European planemaker Airbus has warned staff of compulsory layoffs as air travel fails to recover as quickly as expected from the coronavirus crisis.
