Air Products, which will build the exchangers at its Port Manatee, Florida, manufacturing facility, said it also will be responsible for overseeing the installation of the equipment and provide advisory services and engineering studies. The work is for Sonatrach’s GL1Z facility in Arzew, Algeria, the company said in a news release.
