NewsAir India has said that it would waive cancellation charges on Colombo flights in view of the crisis in Sri Lanka. The national carrier said that no penalties would be charged on refunds, no-show, change of date, and cancellation, according to a statement the airline made available via their official Twitter handle. This facility is applicable on confirmed tickets until Friday, March 9. In view of the emergency, the US, UK and Australia have issued travel advisories to citizens.
