An AirAsia flight was forced to make an emergency landing two hours after takeoff, leaving passengers stranded in Brisbane. Flight D7221 was bound for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, after departing Sydney at about 10pm on Sunday. 'Shortly after takeoff, the flight crew observed an alert related to cabin pressure,' a spokesperson for AirAsia told the Daily Mail. 'This precautionary diversion was carried out in line with our operational safety procedures,' airline General Manager Benyamin Ismail said. 'Our flight crew are highly trained in safety procedures and took the appropriate measures for an issue of this nature.
