ISLAMABAD: Minister for Interior Ahsan Iqbal Tuesday directed Islamabad inspector general of police (IGP) to constitute reconciliation committees as part of efforts to introduce community policing in the capital city. The minister gave the directions while chairing the review meeting of the interior ministry here. National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) chairman, Federal Investigation Agency director general, Islamabad IGP and officials of Islamabad district administration and interior ministry attended the meeting. Ahsan further said that Federal Investigation Agency should review the list of tour operators and credible tour operators should be included in the list. He also directed the district administration to ensure implementation of the timing of marriage halls, and one dish policy.
