The Gage County Attorney filed a stipulation in District Court to allow horses to be sold at auction in a case against Jennafer M. Glaesemann. A press release from the County Attorney's office stated an order has been signed by District Court Judge Rick Schreiner that will allow the sale of the horses at auction on March 12, 2024. The auction will allow any interested parties to bid on the horses. As part of the agreement, Glaesemann cannot own any horses with Gage County for a period of two years. The diagnosis was a key reason the County Attorney's office agreed not to pursue criminal charges against Glaesemann.
