It’s simply not a big deal that Tesla does not have a replacement for the Model S or X on the drawing board. The Model S has been for sale since 2012, and it looks almost exactly the same today as it did back then. There are reports of lots full of unsold or un-delivered cars, so Tesla may already be suffering from softening demand. In fact, a lot of Tesla owners have more than just one of the company’s EVs in their garages.
