Corteva Young Viticulturist competitionThe Central Otago leg of the Corteva Young Viticulturist Competition was held in July with eight young viticulturists battling it out in chilly conditions at the Otago Polytechnic campus in Bannockburn. Congratulations to Annabel Angland, of Peregrine Wines, who becomes the Corteva Central Otago Young Viticulturist for 2020, going on to represent Otago in the national finals in Martinborough in October. Congratulations also to Liam Burgess, of Viticultura, who was second, and Jordan Moores, of Felton Road Wines, who was third. Further good reasons to explore Central Otago.
