By PATRICK LANG'ATMore by this AuthorThe Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) will Wednesday, jointly with the anti-corruption commission, decide on who can be barred from running for an elective seat over integrity issues. “We have presented the regulations to guide nominations and take us to the elections to Parliament which we hope will be published before the nominations. Anyone who will be caught in this will be free to come to the commission,” said Ms Akombe. The meeting to be held at the Ufungamano House has been organised by the Multi Sectoral Forum, which brings together the Inter-Religious Council of Kenya. Meanwhile, government Spokesman Eric Kiraithe will at 11am Wednesday also make his address about the elections.
