The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, Ethics And Anti-Corruption Commission, Directorate of Criminal Investigations, Attorney-General and other State agencies can go ahead and recommend who should be barred from elections. However, they should be cautious because their decision can lead to very serious consequences. LOOTED ECONOMYSomebody recounts openly how they looted and Kenyans get to know how the money was shared and still no one is arrested. * * *It is a much welcome gesture by the State agencies to lay the ground work to have the Constitution work to give Kenyans credible leaders. It is, therefore, my sincere wish that the agencies involved in the vetting take courage and work without fear or favour towards a better Kenya come August 8.
