Nigerian A-list musician, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as Tuface or 2baba, has donated $11,000 in support of the United Nations humanitarian efforts in northeastern Nigeria. According to a statement by the United Nations Humanitarian Forum, the donation will not just be for displaced persons in Nigeria, but also across Africa. The United Nations High Commission for Refugee also excitedly confirmed that they were partnering with the musician to bring relief to displaced persons in Nigeria. The organisation stated that they were in urgent need of fund to help IDP’s. Last week, international donors pledged $163 million to help the organisation over the next three years.
