(Source: PTI)The central intelligence agencies had issued a terror alert and sent it to Haryana to beef up security around vital installations, particularly the military and airbases across the state. Following the attack at Uri in Jammu and Kashmir, Haryana’s Director General of Police KP Singh confirmed the information and said the “terror alert was received from intelligence agencies a few days ago”. The district police chiefs were also put on high alert.”Singh added, “There was alert about a terror attack at Delhi, Uttarakhand and UP apart from Haryana.
