refuse talks +interested in peace and normalcy +NEW DELHI: The Centre is considering curtailing facilities like foreign trips, security and medical treatment, among other things, for separatists in Kashmir, in what's being seen as hardening of the government's stance against militants, according to Union home ministry sources.Government is planning to deal firmly with those who are fomenting trouble, the sources said.On Monday, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh had expressed his displeasure over the decision of Kashmiri separatists towith members of the all-party delegation that visited Kashmir.Five MPs of the group tried to talk to the separatists but they refused to engage in discussions.The "doors are wide open" for talks with anyone, Rajnath had said.Earlier today, the Home Minister, in an hour long meeting, apprised Prime Minister Narendra Modi about the ground situation in the state as was assessed by the all-party delegation which visited Srinagar and Jammu on September 4 and 5.
