After police charged a man with forging COVID test results at Pearson, a Peel doctor worries travellers could try to ‘game the system’
Stricter rules have recently been put in place for international travellers. The measures aimed at curbing the spread of the virus now require testing on arrival for international travellers. This new rule does not waive the requirement of having a negative COVID-19 test result before you board an international flight to Canada. Loading... Loading... Loading... Loading... Loading... Loading...Then there is the compulsory hotel stay. Following the COVID-19 test, travellers will have to quarantine in a “government-approved hotel” for a maximum of three days, while their test results come back.
