The PTI-led federal government is mulling reintegrating what is now the Sindh province back into the defunct Bombay Presidency after it is done making Karachi a federal territory. “Karachi, are you ready to be part of federal territory,” tweeted Syed Abbas Jafri, a PTI MPA from Karachi. “Article 149-4 states that the PM has authority to declare any area a federal state. Inshallah #MPAAbbasjafri.”“Yes, we are going to use Article 149-4 to make Karachi a federal territory,” said information minister Shibli Faraz. If only LK Advani was still alive to see his beloved Sindh back with us again,” he said, emotionally.
